Thank you for choosing ODM for your screening needs! The registration process can be completed in a matter of 5-10 minutes, and consists of five simple steps; (Note: If you would like to demo the entire registration process, simply enter "Demo" as your Organization Name in step 2. All "Demo" registrations are erased each night.)
Step 1:Read and accept our “User Agreement” which describes our respective duties and obligations.
Step 2:Provide us with key and necessary information about your organization. Choose how you wish to receive our confidential background investigation reports (mail or fax), etc.
Step 3:Define “Position Codes.” It is here you can define for us in advance the services you wish us to perform for certain types of positions. You can accept the sample Position Codes provided, create your own (quick and easy), or choose not to utilize Position Codes.
Step 4:Print for your records a customized “Authorization Form.” This is your file copy of the form that your applicants complete online and grant us permission to perform our work. (all with one click of your mouse)
Step 5:Print for your records a Confirmation Page that includes a summary of the data you entered and the options you chose in previous steps. Also included are simple instructions on how to order services from ODM in the future.
